This is the second time I've been to this shop to buy shoes, the customer service is really great, the sales staff are very attentive and available if you need information. I would like to thank Casey and her colleague who helped me today, I was not sure of my choice and they gave me good advice. I will come back here without any hesitation, I wouldn't like to go to any other shoe shop than this one.

I have been meaning to write this review for several months to say that Khadija (and the store manager whose name I didn't get) were extremely helpful when I bought some sandals for my toddler. We spent ages choosing a pair to fit his different sized feet and the staff were very helpful, friendly and patient. 5 star service - we'll come back!

Ladies staffs members are very slow as they were too busy chatting about their personal life & shopping. I had spent over £200,didn’t bother to give me my points. What a shame.

A few years back I bought a pair of Schuh own label smartish black work shoes from here, nothing fancy but £65 should get something that lasts at least a year. Within 2 months of wearing them, maybe 4 times a week at most, the soles had worn through over the ball of each foot. I took them back to the same shop with receipt and was told rudely by the branch manager that this is impossible and that I must have done it on purpose... Refused refund or and exchange, appalling quality and service. If you have to go buy in there, stay well clear of their own brand rubbish.
